You Win, Here's a PDF - August 2026 Update

Hello and welcome to Gravitate's August update.

The biggest update this month is that

now you can turn

any market survey into a Polish PDF.

And this is something that you guys have been asking for a

lot, and we have thought you over it.

We resisted, but now you want, and I will show you how

to do that in a second.

First, a few updates on to how we grab data now, and

a few new data points that we have.

So for parking

We now grab a parking ratio, parking type, a number of parking

spaces

across supported listing sources.

As far as list goes, now we also grab the list type

on its own,

different column.

We also have something, very unique into how we grab data now

from the data sources, and that is

that you can add your own column.

So if there's a column, a data point that you want to

grab and we don't have it,

just add it here.

Let's

say, for example, elevators,

and you can explain what you mean by that, or you can

just leave it blank.

So,

return

number of elevators in the

building.

It can be misspelled, it doesn't matter.

Once we save that,

I have connected this spreadsheet to our Chrome extension, and I have

a couple of searches open for Charlotte.

So, let's, save this first property.

And then we'll also save this other property from this other data

source.

So as the data starts to arrive at the spreadsheet,

you'll notice

how

the elevators, the AI columns,

will be placed.

Let's see where we placed it.

Elevators.

Great.

So, you found two elevators for,

forty-five thirty park, the other property didn't have any elevators,

those came straight from,

the source.

And

now,

for

building, a survey into a PDF.

So let's say we want to grab these three properties, we're going

to keep just a very short survey.

Let's generate the market survey

the way that you already know how to do it

once you are in the survey.

You will see now

an option

to print

here.

So if we click on print,

you can select the options that you want, the components that you

want.

So let's say if I don't want a hero section, you can

uncheck that.

If I just want to do the map, I can just check

the map.

So in this case, we can print the entire

Survey and you can see what that looks like, the photos, space

for comments, and now we can save that as a PDF, which

I already have done here before, and this is what you get.
