Gravitate Commercial’s June update is all about helping brokers move faster, share wins more easily, and keep teams aligned without adding more manual work. From AI-generated deal marketing to smarter survey collaboration, these updates are designed to make the broker workflow feel more polished from first survey to closed deal.
Turn Closed Deals Into Shareable Marketing Moments
The new Brag Tool helps brokers quickly turn a closed deal into a ready-to-share marketing asset. Once a deal is marked as won, brokers can generate a polished visual that highlights the win and can be used for social posts, client updates, or internal team visibility.
Even better, generated assets can be refined with simple natural language prompts. If something feels off, brokers do not need to start over or open a design tool. They can simply ask for the change they want.
It is a small example, but it shows the larger value: brokers can move from closed deal to polished marketing moment in seconds, then refine the asset until it feels right.
Keep Teammates in the Loop With Survey Watchers
Brokers can now add teammates as watchers on any market survey. Watchers receive automatic updates on survey progress, client activity, new responses, and listing-agent replies.
That means fewer manual forwards, fewer status-check messages, and better visibility across the team. Everyone who needs to stay close to the work can follow along without needing to own the survey.
More Control Over Verification Follow-Ups
Availability verification is a key part of the broker workflow, but not every situation calls for the same follow-up cadence. Brokers can now control whether automatic follow-up emails are sent when verifying listing availability.
This gives brokers more flexibility over how and when communications go out, helping them keep verification moving while still applying their own judgment to each conversation.
Liked Properties Now Lead the Survey
Liked properties now appear first on survey pages, making it easier for clients and brokers to focus on the spaces that matter most. Building images also appear first in grouped property cards, helping clients scan options more quickly and make sense of the survey at a glance.
The result is a cleaner review experience where the most relevant properties and visuals are brought front and center.
More Reliable Surveys and Presentations
This update also includes several improvements that make surveys more accurate and dependable day to day.
Square footage, rent, and suite information now display exactly as entered in the source spreadsheet, preserving the original wording, ranges, and formatting. Brokers can also delete multiple photos at once from the property modal, making photo cleanup faster and easier.
Survey links now generate better previews when shared, with more accurate property summaries and images. Comments, layouts, media uploads, and image loading have also been refined to make surveys feel more stable and professional across the full client experience.
Built for the Broker Workflow
These June improvements are focused on one goal: helping brokers spend less time managing busywork and more time moving deals forward. Whether it is sharing a win, keeping teammates aligned, verifying availability, or presenting listings clearly, Gravitate Commercial continues to make the day-to-day broker workflow faster, cleaner, and easier to manage.
